Tender Description
Human Resource Information System - Request for Proposal. To support the delivery of its services, HammondCare is seeking to implement appropriate Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) that will streamline processes and enable better utilisation of resources. Currently there are multiple HRIS across the organisation, with no one system covering all of HammondCare's workforce.
In particular, the following areas have been identified as areas where HammondCare is looking to improve in the first instance:
- Learning Management;
- Performance Management; and,
- Recruitment.
HammondCare is seeking proposals from vendors to meet the business requirements as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Vendors are encouraged to propose solutions that meet the requirements for one or all of the above functions.
