Tender Description
The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies to undertake air conditioning upgrades within building IV at 21 Murray Street, Hobart. The works will include the removal of existing air conditioning units and installation of new VRV units, along with new pipe work to support the system. In addition, the existing rooftop condenser units will require removal and replacement with a new single condenser unit.
