Provision of Generators, Light Towers & Refuelling - Clipsal 500 Adelaide

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified organisations for the purpose of providing Generator and Light Tower hire, maintenance, and refuelling to the South Australian Motor Sport Board for the Clipsal 500 Adelaide 2016 Event and continuing until the 2018 Event, subject to satisfactory performance.

The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, the following:

* Supply and installation of generators of varying capacity inclusive of testing, commissioning, maintenance, and refuelling. Approximately 80 generators are required to be supplied typically in the range of 10kVA to 500kVA;
* Supply and installation of portable light towers inclusive of testing, commissioning, maintenance, and refuelling. Approximately 50 light towers are required to be supplied;
* Supply and installation of electrical accessories inclusive of three phase and single phase temporary distribution boards, three phase and single phase electrical extension leads, and electrical cable trays;
* Recording and reporting of all refuelling supplied including of verification of supply quantities; and
* On-site maintenance standby throughout the Event period to respond and rectify any reported services issues.

A comprehensive Scope of Works will be provided to the applicants chosen to proceed to the tendering stage.
