Tender Description
The scope includes but is not limited to the supply of all materials, labour, transport and equipment to provide:
* Air conditioning / Mechanical Services preventative maintenance services to Wallsend Administration building, depots, offices and Substations in the Central Coast and Hunter areas;
* Building Management System (BMS) maintenance and repair services; and
* Provide adhoc repair services as required.
The scope of works will be tendered as Separable Portion 1 - Wallsend Administration Building), and Separable Portion 2 - depots, offices and Substations.
The desired outcome is to have a single firm awarded the contract for all sites, however, depending on the responses; Ausgrid may award two contracts, 1 each for each separable portion. NB: A tenderer tendering for a separable portion must service the entire separable portion.
