Tender Description
The Scope of works includes but is not limited to the following;
a) Servicing and preventative maintenance of Council air conditioning units and other refrigerated equipment to nominated Council buildings.
b) Conduct an audit and provide a detailed report on type and current condition of all air conditioning units with cost estimates and life expectancy.
c) Provide schedule of rates for various additional and routine works ie: after hours, call out fees travel fees, etc.
