Tender Description
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified contractors with experience in commercial projects to undertake the construction of a new rifle range clubhouse located at Pinjar, Wanneroo. The project comprises a main clubhouse with kitchen and dining facilities, secure storage, offices, covered courtyards and workshop, (approximately 2000m2) plus parking areas.
There are no services to the site and Contractors will be required to provide temporary power and water services through-out the duration of construction. Project completion will be required by mid of 2016.
Contractors will be required to demonstrate experience on projects up to $5 million, & indicate suitable capacity to carry out the works. Applicants may be required to submit certified financials for review.
Expression of Interest will close on close of business Friday 19th June 2015; announcement of short listed tender candidates will be made on 6th July 2015
