⁠⁠⁠Tenders will be received into the tender box at the Shire Administration office, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra until 28 June 2015 at 4:30pm. Electronic and email submissions will not be accepted.

All tender submissions must;

* Be in a sealed envelope with the corresponding tender number, name and “Surplus Motor Vehicle” clearly marked on the outside.
* Be submitted on the tender submission form available from Paul Wilson at the Shire or www.swek.gov.au including the full name, address and telephone contact of the tenderer and be signed and dated by the tenderer.
* Be in the tender box by the closing time, no late tenders will be accepted

The acceptance of any tender is at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer and Council reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The successful tenderer will be advised in writing and must pay the full tendered value within seven (7) days of notification of successful tender.
