Scope of Supply:
The pump should be an Air Operated double diaphragm pump, rated flowrate in 10 m3/hr, discharge pressure 3.5 barg. The air supply pressure is 7.5 barg. The pump fluid is water with various amounts of HCL, NaOH, MEG, Benzene emulsioner breaker, biocide and water at 30 C. This fluid is corrosive and chemically aggressive so material of construction is critical, previous types of service utilize Polypropylene and PTFE for the wetted pump parts and Stainless steel for air vale assembly.
In addition the pump fluid may contain suspended solids up to a diameter of 2 mm.
These particles could be from debris, sands, salts, precipitates, polymer, pipe scale and rust particles.
The entire pump shall be installed on a self-propelled trolley and the pump shall be capable of being lowered into a 20 meter vessel from this trolley, all air and discharge hoses shall be reeled from the trolley and the hose reels must have a braking system.
Requirements:
* All instrumentation to be IECx certified Zone 1 IIC T3 and pump shall be ATEX certified.
* Pump shall be certified by Lloyds register.
