Tender Description
To develop a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tool for the regional waste strategies. The proposed M&E tool will help the EPA and regional waste groups to assess the performance of the 14 regional waste strategies.
The proposal includes integrating the Annual Local Government Waste and Resource Recovery (WARR) Data Return Survey into the M&E tool. Local Government officers will complete the data survey by accessing the M&E tool. The integration of the data return survey with the M&E tool will allow waste coordinators to track changes in actual waste and recycling tonnage data against completed actions in their strategies. The EPA and local council officers will also have access to the data from the survey through the tool.
The M&E tool will also include a searchable database for the Better Waste and Recycling Fund projects.
