Tender Description

The Event Planner/Coordinator is required to provide a full service (plan, book, and run) the Bethanie Ball. The Ball is a function for up to 850 people and includes food, drink, entertainment and a recognition ceremony.

Project is to be delivered in October 2015 at the latest.
