Cleaning and CCTV of Gravity Sewer Carrier Mains Various Locations

⁠⁠⁠CLEANING AND CCTV OF GRAVITY SEWER CARRIER MAINS VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN TAMWORTH REGIONAL COUNCIL AND LIVERPOOL PLAINS SHIRE COUNCIL CONTRACT No. T049/2015.

Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) and Liverpool Plains Shire Council (LPSC) are jointly seeking Tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of cleaning, closed circuit television (CCTV) survey and condition assessment of gravity sewer mains.

Each Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into separate Contracts with the successful Tenderer. The successful Tenderer will be required to enter into a separate contract with each Council, on the same terms and conditions ('Contract')

This Request for Tender is being managed by Tamworth Regional Council on behalf of both Councils. Although this tender will result in two separate contracts, only one tender response is required, and is to be submitted to Tamworth Regional Council.

The Council's intend to award contracts to the same service provider, however, they reserve the right to award contracts to two different service providers in the event that they are unable to agree on the successful Tenderer. Tenderers are therefore requested to submit rates for individual Councils and a combined rate in the event the same Tenderer is selected by both Councils.

Tenders sealed and endorsed "Tender No. T049/2015 Cleaning and CCTV of Gravity Sewer Carrier Mains Various Locations in Tamworth Regional Council and Liverpool Plains Shire Council" will be received up to 11.00 am Tuesday 23rd June 2015.

The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted and the canvassing of any Councillor will automatically disqualify the Tenderer.
