Upgrade to Rottnest Island Waste Water Treatment Plant

⁠⁠⁠The Rottnest Island Authority is undertaking an upgrade and conversion of the existing Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) from a Cyclic Activated Sludge System (CASS) technology to a Membrane Bio Reactor system (MBR). This involves a staged implementation due to the requirement that the existing system continues to operate during the winter off-peak season.

The scope of works contained in this tender also interacts with previous work packages being undertaken by others. The successful Tenderer must consider and accommodate these into the overall completion strategy for the WWTP upgrade project.
