Energy Efficiency Upgrade & Associated Works at Whyalla Health & Leisure Centre

⁠⁠⁠The Whyalla Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of an Energy Efficiency Upgrade and Associated Works at the Whyalla Health & Leisure Centre. Services to be provided:

* Replacement of Air Handling in Aquatic Area
* Replacement of Roof (Including Skylights) in Activities Hall
* Installation of Automated Thermal Pool Blankets
* Installation of New Boiler
* Installation of Variable Speed Drive Pumps
* Other Improvements to Activities Hall
* Other Improvements to Gym/Aerobics/Squash Courts;

Council aims to deliver this project as specified in an efficient manner with as minimum disruption as possible to facility users and the community in general.

Council are looking for a contractor to complete the works who has the relevant experience to deliver a high quality product in a safe manner which represents good value for money for the community of Whyalla.

Site Inspection

A site inspection will be held for prospective tenderers on Wednesday June 10 at 1pm at the Whyalla Health & Leisure Centre on Racecourse Road, Whyalla Norrie SA 5600. It is expected that all tenderers attend the inspection.  Please email  joshua.sampson@whyalla.sa.gov.au
