Supply and Delivery of Unused Mineral Insulating Oil

⁠⁠⁠The scope of the work covers the manufacture, testing, and delivery of an estimated 200,000 litres per annum of unused mineral insulating transformer oil, uninhibited to IEC60296 and AS1767.1

The site of contract is various Ergon Energy depots throughout Queensland as requested via a purchase order. Nominated depots are located in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Maryborough and Toowoomba.

The term of the contract will be three (3) years from the date of the agreement. Ergon Energy has allowed for term extension options of two (2) by one-year extensions and will, at its sole discretion, determine if the Supplier is to be offered one or more one-year extensions during the life of the Contract.
