Lease of 292 Wharf Road Newcastle

⁠⁠⁠Newcastle City Council (Council) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced persons or businesses interested in entering into a contract to lease 292 Wharf Road, Newcastle NSW 2300.

Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed Lease is invited to submit an EOI to the Council by the deadline of 2:00pm on Tuesday 14 July 2015 (at the Tender Box).

Responsibility for lodgement of completed EOI documents by the deadline lies solely with the Respondent. Lodgement information is provided in the EOI document. Council is not bound to shortlist any EOI submitted.

A pre-submission meeting will be scheduled to provide prospective respondents with information about previous operational use and applications to develop the site.

The meeting will also ensure that prospective respondents are fully informed of Council's objectives for activating the site and constraints that will be imposed on any proposed redevelopment.
