Tender Description
The PSBA on behalf of the QPS, hereby invites Offerors to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the supply, installation and support of a turn-key ANPR solution, inclusive of ANPR related hardware, software, implementation/transition services, hardware support services, software support services, training services and associated ICT contracting services, to support the delivery of the QPS’s ANPR program as either a managed service or outright purchase of equipment.
For a response to be conforming Offerors must specify their ability to provide both the managed service and outright purchase of equipment options. The QPS at its sole discretion will determine which option will be adopted.
The purpose of this SOA is to seek to establish a GITC Contract for the provision of an ANPR solution including associated services required to support the intended ANPR program. The final SOA shall be based on negotiated outcomes derived from the submitted Offer.
