Goulburn Mulwaree Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the future and potential use of property generally known as the 'Goulburn Wastewater Effluent Irrigation Farm' less that part required as an environmental offset. The options can include sale, lease, joint venture or any other options that a potential investor may wish to negotiate with Council.

Council is keen to ensure that the Goulburn Mulwaree community receives the maximum benefit from the sale and future use.

All Expressions of Interest will be considered by Council when considering the options for this property. If the expression of interest process does not fulfil all the requirements, Council will not necessarily accept any Expressions of Interest.

Expressions of Interest require any potential purchasers to address the following issues:
* Purchase price offered and on what terms and conditions (if applicable)
* How the proposed purchaser intends to use the property to benefit the Goulburn Mulwaree economy in the long term which includes details of arrangements of how the proposed purchaser will allow Council to continue to use the property for irrigation purposes up until the new Sewer Treatment Plant is fully commissioned and approved by EPA and NSW Office of Water. This process may take approximately 3 years from the issue of this Expression of Interest.

All Expressions of Interest must be submitted electronically no later than 2pm on Tuesday, 14 July 2015.
