Supply and Delivery of Printed Stationery to Metropolitan Western Australian Public Health Care Units

⁠⁠⁠This Request is for the supply and delivery of printed stationery to Western Australian Public Health Care Units (WAPHCUs) located in the Perth Metropolitan Area. The proposed contract will include printed stationery for standard and non-standard letterheads, business cards and compliments slips available in process colour printing and 1 or 2 colour offset printing.

The Head Agreement established as a result of this Request will be awarded to a single supplier and will be mandatory for use by Metropolitan WAPHCUs. Potential initial users of the proposed contract are listed below, however this list may vary during the life of the Contract:

* PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA;
* DonateLife;
* BreastScreen WA;
* Dental Health Service;
* Mental Health Commission;
* Drug & Alcohol Office;
* WA Cervical Cancer Prevention Program;
* Health Supply Network;
* Health Information Network;
* Metropolitan Hospital sites; and
* Department of Health (Royal Street).
