Request for Proposal for the Provision of Airline Services

⁠⁠⁠Through this RFP, the Department is seeking innovative, commercially based solutions from the market in order to meet the following key objectives:

1. Provide essential airline services to NI and the IOT;
2. Establish a scalable service delivery model for airline services to NI and the IOT which matches seasonal demand;
3. Develop a business model for the delivery of the Supplies which is commercially viable and minimises or eliminates the requirement for underwriting; and
4. Explore the options for a risk sharing arrangement with the Supplier(s).
