Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Works are to undertake 150 metres of log revetment works on a property, “Terrill”, on Travellers Creek which is approximately 10km west of Wodonga.

The Principal will supply all logs and anchor pins to complete the log revetment works.

The Scope of Works for the Contractor is:

* Submit all necessary operational documents, such as the WHS Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan, and their operation;
* Clear site and set out the Works;
* Provide all temporary and permanent materials;
* Provide necessary transport, loading and unloading of permanent and temporary materials required to perform the Works;
* Maintain protection of the Works, including fencing, hoardings and warning notices;
* Undertake reinstatement and restoration of the Site;
* Supply, install and maintain Site water, sewer, phone and electricity for the duration of the Contract;
* Supply, install, maintain and clean site accommodation, sanitation and other ancillary facilities;
* Construct and maintain access required to complete the Works;
* Design, construct, maintain and remove all temporary works necessary to complete the Works;
* Construct, maintain and remove temporary security fencing where required, for the duration of the Contract;
* Provide traffic control;
* Construct log revetment in accordance with the Specification and Appendices;
* Remove from Site all rubbish, debris, rubble, hazardous substances and other items not salvaged or preserved.
