Tender Description
The Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service is seeking Proposals for the encapsulation of “in soil asbestos” at the Thursday Island Hospital. The works include, but are not limited to:
* Asbestos encapsulation of the main vehicle access routes and set down areas around the hospital by constructing a concrete barrier;
* Demolition works;
* Storage Shed (Design and Construct);
* Site works, including earthworks and concrete pavements;
* Drainage works;
* Fire hydrant relocation works
* Miscellaneous works;
* All other works as indicated on the Drawings and in accordance with the Contract;
