Provision of Library Resources to the State Library of Queensland

⁠⁠⁠State Library Queensland is Queensland’s premier public reference and research library as well as the provider of centralised support to over 340 public libraries and Indigenous Knowledge Centres in Queensland.

State Library Queensland is seeking a Standing Offer Arrangement for long term performance-based strategic relationships with its suppliers for the provision of library resources.

The services sought by State Library Queensland from suppliers are:

* New title announcement services, standing and blanket order arrangements;
* Access to electronic records for selection and ordering purposes;
* Timely and accurate supply of resources within agreed parameters;
* Receipt of orders and provision of invoices electronically;
* Electronic supply of MARC 21 records to the standard specified by SLQ, and
* End-processing for shelf-ready library materials;
