Punchbowl Road Stormwater Main Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠The City of Launceston is seeking tenders from experienced contractors for the upgrade of an existing stormwater main which runs alongside the fence line between properties in Punchbowl Road and Arundel Street. These works are being done to increase the drainage capacity by replacing the existing 150mm and 225mm diameter vitrified clay pipe. The works will also involve re-connection of all properties to the new stormwater line. Due to the nature of the works being within private properties the preferred method of installation is by directional drilling.

Tender documents, which also include the process for receiving and assessing all tender submissions will be available on Monday 4 May 2015 from 9:00am in our Customer Service Centre, St John Street, Launceston or by calling 03 6323 3000.

Tenders close at the City of Launceston Customer Service Centre on Friday 15 May 2015 at 2.00pm.

Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
