Tender Description
Persons or firms seeking inclusion in the Register are invited to apply for registration with Council until 2.00pm on Thursday, 21 May 2015.
The Register of Trade Services will be used as and when Council desires to hire items for use within the Municipality.
Documents are available from the Works Department, Council Depot, 182 Channel Highway, Kingston and include cover letter, conditions of hire, a schedule of rates and an application form.
Completed application forms and schedules of rates are to be contained in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “AB1504 Trade Services Register” and shall be either lodged in the Tender Box in the foyer at the Civic Centre, Kingston or forwarded through Australia Post to Locked Bag 1, arriving prior to the above closing time.
“Expressions of Interest” received after the above closing time or those submitted by facsimile or e-mail will not be considered.
All specified documentation must be lodged with each application to be considered.
