Expression of Interest Serviced Offices (Roma Community Hub)

⁠⁠⁠Maranoa Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest from community support organisations interested in renting office space in the newly constructed Roma Community Hub under a serviced office arrangement.

The following spaces are available within the building for rent by one or more tenants:

* Open plan area with eleven (11) desks
* Single person and double offices off the shared area
* Dedicated external access. In addition a number of common areas and facilities will be available for tenant use including: Reception.
* Three (3) interview rooms
* Training room suitable for 16 persons
* Kitchen
* Mothers room, powder room, male & female toilets
* Photocopier, fax and shredder Tenants will be required to supply their own information technology and communication systems.

Expressions of interest stating organisation name, an overview of the services provided to the community, space requirements in terms of number of staff to be placed at the hub and an indication of the rent offered should be submitted in writing by 5pm, Friday, 29 May 2015 to PO Box 620, Roma 4455.
