Removal of the Current Concrete Footpath Surface

⁠⁠⁠Tumbarumba Shire Council is calling for quotes from suitable Contractors for the removal of the current concrete footpath surface located on the west side of ‘The Parade’, Tumbarumba and replace with a new 100mm thick concrete walkway.

Council is requesting individual prices be submitted for the following areas, with Council having the options to complete none or all of the designated jobs:

* 408 sqm at southern end of the west side
* 178 sqm in the middle of The Parade of the west side
* 274 sqm at the northern end of the west side

It will be important to minimise any negative impact on businesses within the work zone and for this reason the successful tenderer must be willing to work outside of normal business hours if and when required.

Interested parties are encouraged to meet with Council’s Asset Manager, Mr Glen McGrath, to undertake an inspection of the proposed work site prior to submitting a quote.
