Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably experienced and competent building contractors to carry out the works as detailed in the tender documents.
The selection criteria generally includes: previous experience in this type and scope of work, construction experience in the Goldfields, lump sum price, construction programme, financial ability, capability of nominated personnel, references, safety and quality management.
It is a requirement that the tenderers inspect the site to familiarise themselves with the scope of the contract work as set out in the tender documents and drawings.

Tenders close with the undersigned at 4:00pm (WST) Tuesday 26 May 2015. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked 'Tender - Northern Goldfields Regional Office and Administration Centre Project'. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
