EOI for HRIS Including Payroll, Workforce Management, Recruitment, L&D and H&S

⁠⁠⁠Spectrum Care is an independent charitable trust that provides services for children, young people and adults with disabilities and their families. In recent years Spectrum Care has moved towards a decentralised organisational model. Over 1,000 staff are employed across 85 sites.

The staff work independently filling out timesheets for work performed and submitting for manual input to the office. In order to alleviate staff disconnection issues often associated with decentralised structures, Spectrum Care aims to leverage its technology investment to share information with staff in an interactive manner. The implementations of MS CRM, SharePoint and the company intranet have been important steps towards this goal.

Spectrum's Board have approved the replacement of its current HRIS (Honey / ERM Live).

Spectrum is looking for either a single system or multiple systems with the capability to be integrated for the following scope:
