Lease - Texas Hall Office

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited to lease the room fronting High Street on the western side of the Hall entrance.

Conditions :

1. Only those EOI lodged on the prescribed form which is available on Council’s website or by contacting Council’s Customer Service Office, will be considered.
2. Only those EOI lodged by the closing time of 2:00pm on Thursday, 28th May 2015 will be considered.
3. In evaluating the EOI, the proposed use of the leased area, will be considered in conjunction with Council’s Town Planning Scheme.
4. Council shall not be bound to accept the highest price or any of the EOI received.
5. Council shall advise the successful applicant in writing of the success of their submission.
6. The successful applicant shall within fourteen (14) days of the date of Council’s advice that they are the successful submitter, contact Council to arrange the completion and signing of the lease document.
7. If the successful applicant has not finalised details and signed the lease document within thirty (30) days of the date of Council’s advice that they are the successful submitter, then the submitter’s offer will be deemed to have expired, and no further action will be taken with respect to the EOI.
8. Completed EOI forms should be placed in an envelope marked: Expression of Interest Lease of Room Texas Memorial Hall and shall be :

(a) Placed in the “Tender Box” at Council’s Customer Service Office, 50 High Street, Texas, or
(b) Forwarded by post in an outer envelope addressed :
