Tender Description
Fremantle Ports is seeking the services of a suitably qualified company to provide accurate assessments of Port land, as and when required, while in turn providing value for money to Lessees, Port Users and the State of Western Australia.
These services will include, but may not be limited to, the following:
* Provision of detailed market rental and land valuation reports;
* Provision of advice in relation to current commercial property market conditions and the effect this would have on the Port Land holdings; and
* Assistance and to act as an expert on behalf of the Principal with regards to rental dispute and arbitration procedures.
