Tender Description

Experienced contractors are invited to tender for Roberta Street Park Water Harvesting Project. Work involves design and construction of underground water tank, supply and installation filtration unit and pumps and associated works. Tender closing time is at 4pm on Thursday, 28 May 2015.

Tender documents are available from Council’s Customer Service Centre on 02 9840 9840 between 8am and 4.30pm on business days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $20 for a CD format for each tender. Tenderers are required to comply with the Local Government Tendering Regulation, 1999 and the NSW Government Code of Practice and Code of Tendering.

Formal tenders must be submitted. The tenders (in hard copy and electronic format) must be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed with the relevant tender number and description and either placed in the tender box located in the foyer on the ground floor of the Customer Service Centre, Merrylands or posted to the address shown below.

A site inspection will be held at 10am on 20 May 2015. Tenderers and members of the public are invited to attend the opening of tenders immediately after the closing time. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
