Expression of Interest to Tender for Construction of New Emergency Helicopter Hangar

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suitably experienced companies with adequate capability and capacity that seek to be pre-selected to tender for the Construction of New Emergency Helicopter Hangar at Orange Airport.

The purpose of this EOI is to establish, for subsequent tendering, a short-list of preferred, suitably experienced, WHS, environmental and quality assurance third party accredited contractors to provide professional construction delivery to Orange City Council (OCC).

Works include but are not limited to construction new Emergency Helicopter Hangar at Orange Airport and associated car parking and aircraft parking pavement. The request for tender is expected to be issued in July 2015. The form of contract will be a modified Design and Construct AS 4300.

EOIs are to be lodged with the EOI and supporting documents endorsed "F1668 Expression of Interest to Tender for Construction of New Emergency Helicopter Hangar at Orange Airport" so as to arrive prior to the closing time and date shown.

EOI are to be lodged by one of the following methods:
a) Lodging an Electronic Response (see option below); OR
b) Delivered by hand or by courier and placed in the Tender Box; OR
c) Mailed to the Tender Box addressed as follows:

EOI close at 12.00pm Monday 25 May 2015. It is anticipated that EOI will be opened in the Orange City Council administration building at 12.10 pm the same day.
