The Connection Rhodes Community Precinct, Rhodes

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors and/or companies for the supply of labour, materials, plant and equipment for the Construction of a NEW Community Precinct comprising of four single storey buildings, landscaping and public domain improvements and associated works.

Tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $110.00 (including GST) and interested parties are required to register via the E-tendering Portal to download and access the documents.

A pre-Tender meeting will be held on site at 10 am on Wednesday 6 May 2015 at corner of Gauthorpe Street and Shoreline Drive, Rhodes.
Submissions close 2nd June 2015 at 2pm. Late tenders will not be accepted.
