Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council seeks to engage a professional consulting firm to prepare a phytocap cover plan for a 2.2 ha area at the Forest Road Waste Management Centre in Tamworth. A phytocap feasibility assessment, including water balance modelling, has been undertaken and identified as suitable a 1.5 m phytocap comprised of a natural material/compost blend. The phytocap will be a final cover; subsequently the capping plan must be suitable for submission to the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA).
Requestion for Quotation documents can be accessed online. Quotations endorsed with "Phytocap Cover Plan at the Forest Road Waste Management Facility" with the quotation number Q060/2015 will be received up to 11.00 am Thursday 28 May. The lowest or any Quote will not necessarily be accepted and the canvassing of any Councillor or Council Officer will automatically disqualify the Quote.
