Vacant Land at 1535 Bylong Valley Way

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the purchase of a vacant parcel of land being Lot B DP191803 at 1535 Bylong Valley Way, KANDOS.

* The land is zoned Primary Production
* Total area is 1.67 hectares
* The land does not currently have a dwelling entitlement
* Previously used for quarrying purposes
* Submissions should clearly state the offer amount inclusive of GST
* Council reserves the right to accept or reject any expression of interest received

All submissions should be marked ‘Confidential’ to the attention of the General Manager and forwarded to Mid-Western Regional Council, PO Box 156 Mudgee NSW 2850.

The closing date for expressions of interest is 4pm, 25 May 2015.
