RFP For the Supply of Food and Beverage Services at Edith Cowan University Mount Lawley Campus, Building 3 and 17

⁠⁠⁠There are two Cafe outlets available at the ECU Mount Lawley Campus. Respondents are encouraged to submit proposals for either or both premises depending on their business circumstances.

The ECU campus at Mt Lawley has a student and staff population of approximately 7000. The number of patrons on campus at any one time fluctuates during each active semester week.

An attractive lease will be negotiated with the successful Respondent/s. ECU‘s Lease conditions are generous to allow the successful Respondent/s to provide a reasonably priced and a high quality service to students, staff and visitors. Low overheads will also help maximise the financial return on this business opportunity. The proposed Lease term will be 5 years.
