Hire Tipping Trucks And Trailers

⁠⁠⁠Completion of the Offer for Hire of Tipping Trucks form constitutes an offer to hire tipping trucks and trailers to the Kyogle Council at the rates quoted for any period during the 12 months from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.

Such hire shall be in accordance with these Conditions for Hire of Tipping Trucks and the rates submitted shall include all overheads and statutory charges. The offer and agreed hire shall be governed by the laws for the time being in force in the State of New South Wales and shall be subjected to statutory requirements.
