Youth Support Services in Multiple Locations

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to encourage innovative Quotes to deliver youth support services in areas of service delivery gaps, as specified in this document. Suppliers may develop Quotes to deliver services at one or more of the locations outlined below:

* South West Region - Lockyer Valley and Somerset Regional Council areas – including but not limited to Laidley, Gatton, Lowood, Fernvale, Esk and Toogoolawah
* South West Region - Southern Downs Regional Council area – Warwick
* South West Region - Maranoa Regional Council area – Roma/Mitchell
* Brisbane Region - North Brisbane including Keperra and Zillmere areas
* Far North Queensland Region - Northern Peninsula Area – Bamaga, Injinoo, Umagico, Seisia and New Mapoon
* North Queensland Region - Bowen with outreach to Collinsville
* North Queensland Region – Charters Towers

Procurement of Youth Support Services that will:

* Deliver youth support services aligned to the Young People Investment Specification in one or more of the listed locations according to the specified service types.
* Use a client-centred, planned support approach with young people who present with risk factors that may impact on their wellbeing and result in harm, homelessness and/or negative health outcomes with a focus on four key results areas. These are to help young people:

* Connect to positive family support

1 Get a job or engage in training or education
2 Lead a healthy and violence-free life
3 Have a safe and stable place to live

* Work closely with other agencies working with young people such as Education, Child Safety, Youth Justice, Health, local council, other non-government providers and Queensland Police to ensure complementary and cohesive service provision.
