Mareeba Industrial Park Sale of 11 Lots by Tender

⁠⁠⁠The Mareeba Shire Council hereby invites tenders commencing from 17 April 2015 for the purchase of eleven (11) allotments in the Mareeba Industrial Park, which is located on Bowers Street (off the Mulligan Highway) in Mareeba.

Tender TMSC2015-02 Being Developed Lots 54, 55, 56, 60 Martin Tenni Drive; Lots 66, 71, 72 Gowan Street; Lot 46 Effley Street – Proposed Lots 1001, 1002, 1003 Effley Street.

Section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 relating to changes to Tenders may be applied.

Tenders must be lodged in the Tender Box at the Mareeba Shire Council Administration Centre at 65 Rankin Street, Mareeba by the Closing Time.

The Closing Time for lodgement of Tenders is 11.00am on Tuesday 12 May 2015.

Tenders will be opened publicly.

The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
