Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The contract is for the supply of general plumbing and gas services (maintenance, installation & repairs) for the period from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2017.

This is a bi annual contract first year to be fixed price and second year will by CPI to be negotiated with the Principal. This Contract excludes Capital Works and Special Projects.

The Tender for Plumbing Services may be proportioned between and up to a maximum of three (3) Contractors for the scheduled services. The work allocation to the individual Contractors will be at the sole discretion of the principal.
