MRS MAC'S ARE CALLING FOR THE SUBMISSION OF TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF GLAZE.
Mrs Mac's requires the supply of glaze as outlined below:
* Product function: pastry glaze for pies and pastry products.
* No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
* Free flowing.
* Easily soluble in water.
* Halal approved.
* GMO free.
* Approx. annual volume of 11T.
* Supplier/manufacturer to be HACCP certified.
A Product Specification or Product Information Sheet must be included with the tender submission. Tender submissions must be in writing and uploaded to the eTender Box.
