Tender Description
The works required under this contract will cover the repair, modification and installation of plumbing and drainage systems at Vales Point Power Station for a two (2) year period. This specification also covers the design, repair and installation of Polyethylene Pipe systems on the Vales Point site.
This specification also includes an optional portion that covers the repair, modification and installation of plumbing and drainage systems at Munmorah Power Station for a two (2) year period. This specification also covers the design, repair and installation of Polyethylene Pipe systems on the Munmorah site.
NOTE: The works in Optional Portion are at Delta Electricity’s option. Delta Electricity at its sole discretion reserves the right to omit or include any individual item of the works at any time during the course of the Contract by written notice to the Contractor, with which the Contractor must comply. The Contractor will make no assumption as to the works content to be undertaken under this Optional Portion. Delta Electricity reserves the sole right to exercise this Optional Portion.
Upon successful Practical Completion of the works within this agreement and a review of the Contractor’s performance, a further agreement may be negotiated, at the discretion of Delta Electricity.
