Tender Description
Newcastle Voice is Council's community reference panel. Residents and ratepayers throughout the Hunter can participate in surveys, quick polls and face-to-face sessions on a range of topics to help shape the future of Newcastle.
Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2pm Tuesday 12 May 2015 for the following service:
To provide a hosted off-site web based service including appropriate survey software. The hosted environment requirements and software functionality are detailed in the tender documents. Council's preference is for an integrated service however Council will consider a solution that is delivered by a partnership or where the service provider sub-contracts one of the services.
Alternatively, the tender document is available on compact disc for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 GST inclusive from the Customer Enquiry Centre, Ground Floor City Administration Centre, 282 King Street, Newcastle, 2300 or by calling (02) 4974-2030.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
