Tender Description
The Principal is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor for the provision of catering services for council dinners for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend the contract by mutual consent for up to 12 months.
Requirements include the preparation and serving of approximately 24 buffets per year. Buffet style three course meals are served prior to Council meetings and forums and served to diners in the Civic Area.
