Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Alexandrina Council is looking for a holistic, 20-year Master Plan that will guide the future development and management of Goolwa Beach Car Park & Environs. The over-arching objectives of the master planning process are to:

* Increase the functional capacity of the site to accommodate current and future user needs;
* Resolve current and potential user conflicts;
* Balance the functional and aesthetic aspects of the site with respect for the local landscape character;  and
* Minimise adverse impacts on natural assets and cultural heritage values
