Tender Description
The playground is to be inspected daily for any issues that may affect visitor enjoyment and safety including movement of soft fall requirement, general litter to be removed and reporting of broken items which require repair.
The contractor is to keep the specified area and facilities clean, tidy and in a well maintained condition. The Contractor must allow for the supply of labour, equipment, consumables, transport, the provision of services and management of service delivery of the site work areas as identified. Maintenance must not unreasonably impact patron use of the site and should be completed at the latest by 10am each morning. During high peak times the service of the site should be completed before 9am. For further details please see quotation documents.
