Machans Beach State School - Covered Outdoor Learning Area - Building Contractor

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for a new Covered Outdoor Learning Area which is to be completed within the 2015 year and will be located at Machans Beach State School, 61 Machan Street, Machans Beach QLD 4878 (Far North Queensland).

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3.

Submissions close on 16 April, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Turner & Townsend Pty Ltd Tender Box, 135 Abbott Street, Cairns QLD 4870.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
