LAND 2072 Phase 3 Tactical Communication Network

⁠⁠⁠The Tactical Communications Network is to deliver a secure communications network solution for the provision of voice and data services in order to enhance tactical command and control to support Land Forces. The primary data service is the Land Battle Management System (BMS).

The TCN acquisition will be managed by Defence Material Organisation under Project Land 2072 Phase 3. Tenderers will be required to provide a response including pricing and information for acquisition and initial support services. Initial support services will be for three years from the Initial Material Release (IMR) date, unless the support is earlier transitioned to a mature/ongoing support contract. The TCN acquisition will include:

a. Design and development of the required Support System Components and Training;

b. Production and delivery of the required number of Support System Components and Training as required under the Contract to enable the support system to be satisfied; and

c. Verification and Validation that the Support System Components and Training meets the requirements of the support system.
