Tender Description
The City of Subiaco is seeking professional services from a suitably qualified firm or person to assist with determination of applications requesting review of infringements not otherwise finalised by authorised officers of the City.
The purpose of the review process will be to consider and recommend appropriate outcomes in response to applications from recipients of infringements.
It is anticipated that the appointed person or firm will have formal legal training with an understanding of local government law and process, together with an understanding of procedural fairness.
