Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Crown Lands seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to maintain the Hume & Hovell Walking Track (H&H) 440km in length, extending from Yass to Albury in NSW.

The maintenance is to be synchronised with and follow on from recommendations provided by an asset documentation and condition assessment (audit) report recently completed for the track. This audit report documents the condition of all infrastructure, facilities & issues along the H&H and specifies requirements for maintenance / repairs / upgrades (capital works). Priority will be given to those sections of the track requiring urgent works as identified by the audit report.
